We ship internationally, the shipping times vary based on location. Shipping costs depend upon the location of where the package is being shipped. Canada takes longer based on the location of the products.
Discount Codes cannot be applied to purchases, post-purchase. The order will need to be canceled or a discount applied to a separate order. No exception.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there are any problems with our items, please do contact us first within 7 days upon receiving the products. We are always at your service.
Cancellations
Once we receive your order we get to work on it right away, therefore it may not be possible to cancel an order that is in process. To request a cancellation please contact Customer Service at support@evooor.com within 24 hours and we will attempt to stop or modify the order. Once an item has produced or shipped, cancellation is not possible. In most cases custom, special order and non-returnable items cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests may take several days to process and you will be sent an email upon confirmation.
General Returns
Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Any items that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Customized items couldn't be returned.
Buyer should pay the return shipping fee. Please contact our Customer service at support@evooor.com to get the return address.
Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping. We also understand the need to pre-order and plan for your design needs. As part of that process, we ask that you inspect all items individually once they arrive so that any damage claims can be made immediately. If your item arrives damaged or with parts missing, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item(s). We will arrange a prompt replacement of the item. We will also request that you provide photos of any damaged product, along with the product packaging. Please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to replace the item or send replacement parts as soon as possible. In some instances it is possible to repair damages and/or defects with replacement parts. When this is the case, we reserve the right to utilize this as a solution.

Refunds of all kinds are always processed back to the original form of payment and at this time, we do not have the ability to change the method of payment.

[POWER BANK] Battery module compatible with multiple products.
The battery module can provide power to various products such as air pumps, car wash machines, portable car lights, and more.
The mobile power module has a built-in battery capacity of 19200mAh, the USB output port supports 22.5W power output, supports QC3.0/FCP/AFC/Apple and other fast charging protocols, and has a 15W wireless charging module on the top.
