You will receive a tracking number for your order after processing (2 business days) via email, if this email has not arrived please check your Spam folder.

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us at support@evooor.com immediately after you have purchased your product. We will email you within 24 hours to confirm your changes and any further instructions. Once we have shipped your order, you cannot cancel or modify your order. Customized orders must be cancelled within 24 hours. Orders with Express Shipping cannot be cancelled.

2.Find the unpaid order, click "Proceed to pay" to go to the Checkout Page.

If you placed your order but didn’t get an email confirmation that the order was placed, don't worry! You may still have an order, you'll just want to try the following to double check. Check your spam folder. Our email confirmations can sometimes end up in there. Check your bank account to make sure that there is a transaction from Evooor. If you still can't find any confirmation that your order was placed, definitely Contact Us with your full name, email, phone number, and the address you gave at checkout so we can try to locate it.

Our entire site is secure by way of 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which is the Industry Standard for safe online shopping. The small 'padlock icon' to the left of the URL bar at the top of the page confirms the security of our site. In addition, your personal data is totally protected and we never store credit card details.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal.

We ship our packages worldwide. Shipping times varies based on where you are located.

Custom taxes and duties are regulated by your government and postal office. As per our Shipment Policy, the customer is responsible for paying custom duties/taxes.

Shipping time depends on the product.

Standard Product: 2-3 business days(Handling Time)+6-12 business days(Shipping Time)

Custom Product: 7-10 business days(Handling Time)+6-12 business days(Shipping Time)

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

We are sorry that your product arrived damaged, accidents do rarely occur during shipment. Do not worry, please send us an email at support@evooor.com. We will work with you to get this resolved immediately. Please send us pictures or videos of the damages with the email.

Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
• Returned within 30 days of receipt
•Must be in resalable condition
•Must be free from scratches and/or defects
•Must not have been installed
•Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging •Must not have any writing on the original packaging
•Must not be missing pieces •Must not be
clearance/liquidations/closeout

Any items that do not meet the above criteria can't be returned. Consumers are not required to pay any handling fees for eligible returnable items.

Customized items couldn't be returned.

Shipping Cost: Consumers are not required to pay return shipping fees for defective products. For consumer responsibility returns, consumers are responsible for the actual return shipping costs.

Refunds of all kinds are always processed back to the original form of payment and at this time, we do not have the ability to change the method of payment. • It generally takes us up to 5-7 business days to process a refund. Once the refund is processed on our end, we will email you a confirmation.
• For returned items needing a refund, the package must first be processed back into our warehouse after we receive your package. It usually takes about 10 days to receive your package and handle refund.
• All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.
In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after the time frame shown above, please Contact us, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@evooor.com.
