Belangrijke Opmerkingen:
Als je eerder een vergelijkbaar product hebt geïnstalleerd voordat je de Evooor USB-hub gebruikt, kan er een lichte toename in de ruimte zijn, wat kan resulteren in een iets losse pasvorm bij het installeren van ons product.
Af en toe, als de voedingskabel niet goed is aangesloten, kan het LOGO-licht niet oplichten en kan de oplaadkabel niet functioneren. Als je problemen ondervindt met het product, zorg er dan voor dat de voedingskabel goed is aangesloten.
Nadat je de stroom in je Tesla-auto hebt uitgeschakeld, blijft deze tot 30 minuten ingeschakeld. Gedurende deze tijd blijft het Evooor USB-hublicht branden. Dit is normaal en het licht gaat automatisch uit na ongeveer 30 minuten. Wees gerust dat de stroom die voor dit licht nodig is minimaal is, zodat het de accu van je auto niet significant leegmaakt.
Vermijd tijdens het gebruik van de Evooor Tesla USB-hub contact met vloeistoffen, zoals water. Als je het LOGO-licht tijdelijk wilt uitschakelen, kun je de voedingskabel aan de linkerkant loskoppelen.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Photos of defective or damaged products are required.)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Fee
Customers are not required to pay for return shipping if a product is returned because it is "broken, missing, or wrong." If the product is returned due to "bought wrong, I don't want it anymore", the customer shall bear the return shipping cost, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In either case, there is no restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
