A1: Skal jeg adskille dele af bilen for at anvende wrap'en?
Q1: Nej, slet ikke. Wrap-sættet giver dig mulighed for at anvende en professionelt udseende wrap uden adskillelse.
A2: Kan jeg tage gennem en automatisk bilvask?
Q2: Det anbefales kun at vaske din Tesla i hånden. Da automatiske bilvaske er børsteløse, bruger de ofte kraftige kemikalier til at nedbryde ting, hvilket kan være skadelig for vinyl.
A3: Jeg har overstretch vinyl. Hvad kan jeg gøre?
Q3: Medmindre du VIRKELIG har overstretch det, kan du få det tilbage til normal stræk. Vinyl er hukommelsesbaseret, så hvis du bare varmer det, vil det vende tilbage til sin oprindelige tilstand. Brug en varmepistol eller hårtørrer og hold varmen i bevægelse i området. Du vil se det trække sig tilbage. Hvis du ikke ser, at det trækker sig tilbage, kan det være, at du har tilføjet for meget varme og skal bruge dit ekstra stykke.
A4: Hvordan bruger jeg en varmepistol, når jeg anvender vinyl?
Q4: Du kan bruge en varmepistol eller en hårtørrer, men du vil gerne bruge en varmepistol, når du skal strække eller tilpasse omkring besværlige områder. Når du bruger varme, skal du ikke blive i ét område. Hold din pistol i bevægelse og cirka 15 cm væk.
A5: Kommer det med alt, hvad jeg har brug for til installation?
Q5: Sættet kommer med alt, hvad du har brug for, undtagen en varmekilde. Vi anbefaler at bruge en varmepistol eller endda en hårtørrer, hvis det er nødvendigt.
A6: Vil det skade min maling?
Q6: Vinyl vil ikke skade din maling. Det tilføjer faktisk et beskyttelseslag mellem de ydre elementer og din Teslas overflade.
A7: Kan jeg installere vinyl på en leaset bil?
Q7: Ja, vinyl er en fantastisk og sikker måde at tilpasse din Tesla, mens den er leaset. Når du skal returnere den, er vinyl sikkert at fjerne og vil ikke skade nogen overflader!

A9: Kan jeg installere PPF over keramisk belægning?

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues. We have many cooperative express companies, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We will choose the most suitable mode of transportation for you according to your country.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Photos of defective or damaged products are required.)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Fee
Customers are not required to pay for return shipping if a product is returned because it is "broken, missing, or wrong." If the product is returned due to "bought wrong, I don't want it anymore", the customer shall bear the return shipping cost, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In either case, there is no restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
