If you have previously installed a similar product before using the Evooor USB hub, there may be a slight increase in spacing, which could result in a slightly loose fit when installing our product.
Occasionally, if the power cord is not securely plugged in, the LOGO light may not illuminate, and the charging cable may not function. If you encounter any issues with the product, please ensure that the power cord is tightly connected.
After turning off the power in your Tesla car, it will remain powered on for up to 30 minutes. During this time, the Evooor USB hub light will continue to be illuminated. This is a normal occurrence, and the light will automatically turn off after approximately 30 minutes. Rest assured that the power required for this light is minimal, so it won't drain your car's battery significantly.
While using the Evooor Tesla USB hub, please avoid contact with liquids, such as water. If you wish to turn off the LOGO light temporarily, you can unplug the power cord on the left side.

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues. We have many cooperative express companies, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We will choose the most suitable mode of transportation for you according to your country.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Photos of defective or damaged products are required.)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Fee
Customers are not required to pay for return shipping if a product is returned because it is "broken, missing, or wrong." If the product is returned due to "bought wrong, I don't want it anymore", the customer shall bear the return shipping cost, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In either case, there is no restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
